Whatsapp show ads on whatsapp status
WhatsApp Status will start displaying ads from 2020, the messaging platform's parent firm Facebook has confirmed.
It added its already monetized WhatsApp Business app will get richer messaging formats, including viewing text alongside image or PDF in a single message.
Notably, WhatsApp Co-founders Brian Acton and Jan Koum had left after disagreements with Facebook over monetising it.
